Pansy
Combines the symbolism of flowers with that of the pentangle or five pointed star.

In Spanish, the pansy is called 'thought', precisely because it is thought which it symbolises by virtue of its clearly pentagonal pattern – five being the number that symbolises man.
Pensamiento in Spanish is the common name for 'thought' and the popular word for 'pansy'. The English word 'pansy' derives of course from the French – pensees – and our synonym 'heart's ease' is perhaps another pointer to the symbolic interpretation.
