A description of the experience
Tegaserod - was a 5-HT4 agonist sold under the name Zelnorm – it is a Softener, bulk producer, or enema used in the management of chronic constipation and irritable bowel syndrome. Approved by the FDA in 2002, it was subsequently removed from the market in 2007 due to FDA concerns about possible adverse cardiovascular effects.
