A description of the experience
The Jacques Romano Story – Dr Berthold Eric Schwartz
Once I was riding on the train next to a stranger whom I had seen commuting previously. I told him of my feeling that something had happened to his wife, that she wasn't well, and that he should get off the train at once. He said he had no reason to believe she was not well, and he behaved as though my presentiment was an uncalled for and reprehensible intrusion. However, when I met him later he said his wife had died when I had my premonition!
