Out of the Body Experiences – Celia Green
I had to lie down on the floor, in a fairly warm atmosphere, not cold and concentrate on putting my whole body to sleep, breathe deeply, two or three times, and let my body completely go.
And start on the little toe of my right foot and when it was asleep, the next toe, and so on... on up my body, and finally my eyes, commanding my body to go to sleep.
I tried this out several times of course, without too much success, and then I finally achieved it.
I sort of drifted away.... I opened my eyes, and I was looking down at myself laying on the floor
