A remarkably high proportion of extreme cerebrotonics fail to make good as normal citizens and average pillars of society. But if many fail, many also become abnormal on the higher side of the average.
In universities, monasteries and research laboratories – wherever sheltered conditions are provided for those whose small guts and feeble muscles do not permit them to eat or fight their way through the ordinary rough and tumble – the percentage of cerebrotonics will be high.
Realising the importance of this extreme, over evolved and scarcely viable human being, all civilisations have provided in one way or another for its protection
