Hearing voices that sing to him

Background
from the Hearing Voices Network
Complex despite its apparent simplicity. Voices that sing with words are coming from people - human beings that are either disembodied [dead or out of body] or bodied but able to communicate anyway. The communications may be entirely accidental - someone who in a highly emotional state is singing to themselves.
The tactile sensations are synaesthesia.
The cause is angst of a truly awful kind and my heart goes out to Lenny who also appears to have a cousin who doesn't help matters
A description of the experience

Hi all, I'm kinda new to hearing voices, but I've been hallucinating for six months straight now. Went to see a psychotherapist about my gender dysphoria and got turned away from psychotherapy and told not to come back til I'd been stable for a year. He also laughed at me saying that he didn't know of anyone who hears singing when there is none.
Does anyone else experience their hallucinations singing to them?
The voices are sometimes helpful, sometimes very hostile, I've tried making friends with them but then I end up getting sucked into thinking they're my cousin, which leads to badness.
They also feel like they're causing bodily sensations which is very unpleasant, tactile hallucinations suck. I've found a couple of people elsewhere now, thank goodness but I'd still be glad to talk with anyone about them because I don't want to feel so alone with this anymore
