You dear ones are making life so difficult for yourselves!
Is it really impossible for you to free your spirits from the earthly burdens and worries?-It is not easy for us who exist in the spiritual world to remain in such a tormenting turmoil. All these restless currents, akin to a stormy raging sea, are penetrating to us. This is terrible as you are swallowed up completely in it and I cannot find you then.
We can stay with you and can influence you only when harmony and quietness of soul surround you.
