Type of Spiritual Experience
Background
If one recognises the existence of the Great work and the part we play in it - destiny - then education and learning can be geared to that destiny. Destiny evolves, as such when a child is young, the best one can do is to prepare the child for anything by giving it a basic education.
Destiny can be approximately seen by the perosn 'knowing themselves', what they are and what they are good at, then following that basic lead with education to match.
Parents are often the biggest hindrance to this process because if they are rely egotistical then they push the child into becoming a clone of them - and of course it never works. This is why you get the children of the powerful filling themselves full of drugs, - escape.
Comenius's whole philosophy was based on the idea that one goes with the flow, let's the plan for oneself evolve and then take education as and when new doors open. This destiny driven approach is linked with his 'just-in-time' education.
It might be added that any life based on destiny is guaranteed to be far more fulfilling than any based on rank and money. There are only two judges of whether you are succeeding or not - you and 'your God' - the Higher spirit as the representative of the Intelligences. If you live in a tent and fulfill your destiny you are a 'god' as far as the spirit world is concerned. Gold medals all round!!
A description of the experience
The Great Didactic of John Amos Comenius - Translated into English by M. W. Keatinge, M.A.1967
Our Saviour showed that it is God who operates in everything and that nothing remains for man but to receive the seeds of instruction with a devout heart; the processes of growth and of ripening will then continue of themselves, unperceived by him.
