Telekinesis related to death event
11-th case. - This story is part of a letter in which Countess Elisabeth Beni exposes some paranormal phenomena that have happened to her mother and to herself (Luce e Ombra, 1919, 23):
Among the phenomena that have happened to me, I can mention one of them. In 1900, I was a student at a Cheltenham institution called Ladies College. One night in June - I don't remember the exact day - while I was awake, I heard a book falling from a table on the floor. The next morning, as I picked it up, I was surprised because the book, being on the table, could not fall, unless someone moved it. It was a gift from an old Protestant bishop, father of a few of my friends' daughters, who was the author of this book.
A few hours later, I went to school and learned that Bishop Gott had died suddenly in his house in Trenyton (Par Station), in Comouailles, the day before that day.
In this case, the telekinetic action on the part of the deceased, instead of a portrait, would have been exerted on the book of which he was the author - which seems very natural and in no way affects the question to be resolved.
