Abilify – also known as aripiprazole is an atypical antipsychotic. and antidepressant used in the treatment of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and clinical depression. It is a very complex product being a D2 agonist, a D3 antagonist, a D4 antagonist, as well as being an antihistamine, an alpha-adrenergic antagonist, mACh receptor antagonist and acting on serotonergic receptors [5-HT1A Partial Agonist , 5-HT2A Antagonist, 5-HT2C Partial Agonist , 5-HT7 Antagonist ]. It has a high incidence of hallucinations. It also has a lot of other side effects
